At Scholastic Trade, Klutz publisher and creative director Netta Rabin will take over as leader of te line, reporting to Ellie Berger. She succeeds Stacy Lellos, president of Klutz, who is stepping down on May 31 to seek new opportunities. Vanessa Han has been promoted to art director, Klutz; Emily Heddleson to director, library & educational marketing; Vicki Kopidakis to marketing associate, advertising; Taylan Salvati to senior publicist; Sydney Tillman to senior publicist; Jordana Kulak to associate publicist; Susan Lee to associate production director; Melissa Schirmer to senior production editor; Maya Marlette to editor, Scholastic Press; Tiffany Colón to associate editor, Scholastic Press; and Conor Lloyd to assistant editor, licensed publishing. Salena Johnson has joined Scholastic as junior designer, licensing design; she was previously book production designer at Marvel Entertainment. Michella Domenici has joined Scholastic as coordinator for licensing, media & brands; she was previously senior editorial assistant at Springer Nature Group.

Sarah Murphy will join Ecco as executive editor on May 10, reporting to Helen Atsma. She was most recently executive editor at Flatiron Books.

Mabel Hsu has been promoted to senior editor at Katherine Tegen Books.

Jillian Crab has joined HMH Children’s as production coordinator. She was previously design coordinator at BOOM! Studios.

Colin Drohan has been promoted to assistant director of writing programs at Catapult.

At the Frances Goldin Literary Agency, Sulamita Garbuz has joined as associate agent and rights director. She was previously an associate agent at Trident Media Group. Matt McGowan has been promoted to vice president and senior agent.

Kristy Hunter has been promoted to agent at the Knight Agency.

Fred Jordan, 95, former editor at Grove Press and publisher of Pantheon Books, died on April 19. Jordan joined Grove in 1956, when there were only three employees. Over the course of his career, he published Samuel Beckett, Jack Kerouac, William S. Burroughs, Allen Ginsberg, Harold Pinter, Henry Miller, Eugene Ionesco, Jean Genet, Tom Stoppard, Hubert Selby, Jr., Marguerite Duras, Art Spiegelman, and many more.

Lauren Groff‘s novella What’s the Time, Mr. Wolf? was published online by the New Yorker.

Deals
Kellyanne Conway‘s book will be published by Simon & Schuster’s Threshold Editions imprint, “people familiar with the matter” told the NYT.

Libraries
Overdrive is expanding its catalog of digital content for libraries to include a wide variety of new categories — including “suppliers that specialize in educational courses, feature films and streaming concerts, online yoga and music lessons, and much more. ”

Imprints
Harper Christian is launching Harper Christian Resources, a new imprint “that will realign the company’s curriculum and study-based publishing strategy.” Launching this summer, the imprint will combine all church curriculum and small-group study resources previously published by Thomas Nelson and Zondervan, rebranding them as Harper Christian Resources at reprinting.

Distribution
The Page Education Foundation will be distributed by Lerner Publisher Services starting April 29.
