IPG will distribute Whimspire Books in the US and Canada starting February 1, 2025; IPG Melbourne Books in the US and Canada starting January 1, 2025; BLoved Publishing in the US, Canada, and the UK starting November 1, 2024; and Anderson Entertainment in the US and Canada on January 1, 2025. Additionally, it now distributes WTAW Press worldwide.

Beginning January 1, Diversion Publishing will move distribution worldwide from Two Rivers to Simon & Schuster. Amber Books, Waxwing Books, and Terminus Media are now sold and distributed in the US and Canada by Baker & Taylor Publisher Services.

Post Wave Children’s Books will be sold and distributed by Chronicle Books in North America. Additionally, Krestyna Lypen becomes editorial director of Post Wave, based in New York. She was previously senior editor at Algonquin Children’s.
Distribution: Perfect Bound Partners with S&S
Printing startup Perfect Bound has partnered with Simon & Schuster Client Services to offer distribution for independent publishers. S&S will provide sales, warehousing, fulfillment, and billing services beginning in early fall 2024, for distribution starting with the fall 2025 season. Perfect Bound clients can apply for distribution services on their website, which outlines the terms and fees of the deal. IPG Sells Digital Distribution Business to Bookwire
Independent Publishers Group (IPG) will “upgrade” its ebook and audiobook distribution services by pairing with Bookwire to use their cloud-based system. In turn, Bookwire will take advantage of access to IPG’s digital print and distribution services.
