Macmillan has realigned Picador, making it a unit of Farrar, Straus & Giroux. The imprint will no longer publish trade paperback originals as of April 2019, and in connection with the changes publisher Stephen Morrison is leaving the company on July 31. Executive director of publicity for Picador James Meader will run the line going forward as associate publisher, reporting to incoming FSG publisher Mitzi Angel in September. She will receive the $15,000 award at a ceremony on May 5 at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington. John F.
