The Believer Magazine To Shut Down In Spring 2022
The University of Las Vegas’ Black Mountain Institute announced it is shutting down literature and culture magazine The Believer in spring 2022. “This was not an easy decision but a necessary one, unfortunately,” said UNLV College of Liberal Arts Dean Jennifer Keene. “The Believer consumed a significant portion of BMI’s resources. Daily Wire Conservative Imprint to Publish Officer Who Shot Breonna Taylor
Conservative news outlet The Daily Wire announced Wednesday that it will launch a publishing imprint, DW Books, set to start publishing in spring 2022. The Nashville-based company will use neighbor Ingram Content Group’s Two Rivers for distribution, which may be an uncomfortable fit for other clients, since DW Books says it will publish the book by Jonathan Mattingly, a police officer who shot Breonna Taylor.
