Julie Leung joins Random House Worlds as deputy publisher. She was previously at Disney.

Corina Diez is promoted to marketing manager at Dial and the Ballantine Group.

Caitlin Meuser has been promoted to analyst, consumer insights.

Penguin Random House Audio   

Taraneh (Tara) Djangi has been promoted to director, strategic marketing.

Brittanie Black is promoted to senior publicist.

Kate Smith is promoted to publicist, Listening Library.

Pan Macmillan   

Francesca Pathak is promoted to the newly-created role of publisher, Pan Fiction.

Gillian Green is promoted to publisher of Tor UK, alongside Bella Pagan.

Alex Saunders is promoted to editorial director.

Kinza Azira is promoted to commissioning editor.

Maddie Thornham is promoted to assistant editor.

Authors Guild Foundation   

Deborah Wilson joins as executive director. She was previously chief development officer at PEN America.

“I am honored to join the Authors Guild Foundation and contribute to its impactful work to advocate on behalf of working writers and protect free speech and freedom of expression,” she said. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team and leveraging my experience to further advance the Foundation’s mission. Together, we can create meaningful change and support authors in their vital role within our literary landscape.”

Bernard Schwartz joins as executive producer of literary programs. He was previously executive director of 92Y’s Unterberg Poetry Center.

“We are very excited about Deborah and Bernard joining the Authors Guild Foundation and the ways in which together they will augment the Foundation’s important work educating the public and Congress on the importance of the writing profession, educating authors in the business of writing so they can succeed, and protecting the profession into the future through its advocacy to ensure that we continue to have a great literary culture in this country,” CEO Mary Rasenberger said.
